SNAGpay may also disclose personal information when required to or believed appropriate to comply with the law; to enforce or apply this Policy or our other policies or agreements; to initiate, render, bill, and collect for amounts owed to us; to protect our or our users' or rights, property or safety; to protect our customers from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use of our platform; or if it is believed that an emergency involving the danger of death or serious physical injury to any person requires disclosure of communications or justifies disclosure of personal information. In addition, information about our clients, including personal information, may be disclosed as part of any merger, acquisition, debt financing, sale of company assets, as well as in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership in which personally identifiable information could be transferred to third parties as one of the business assets of SNAGpay.
SNAGpay uses email to send you news and service updates, as well as notification of messages from other Merchants unless you "opt out" to receiving such emails by using the unsubscribe links within the emails that are sent to you by us. However, do keep in mind that as long as you maintain an account, you may not "opt out" of receiving service or account-related emails from SNAGpay.
SNAGpay uses third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the platform seamlessly. Although SNAGpay owns the code, databases, and all rights to the application, merchants retain all rights to their data.
SNAGpay strives to secure all personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure by putting into place physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard the information collected through the Site. Furthermore, account information can be accessed online only through the use of a password. Please be aware that despite the efforts put in place, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. To keep your personal information secure, you must keep your password confidential. You will be held responsible for all uses of the Site by any person using your password.
